Travel bursaries are available for selected scholars presenting at our third conference, which takes place 11-13 January 2027 in Mumbai, India. A full call for abstracts is available here.

Application process

For the travel funding scheme, extended abstracts (up to 1000 words) and also a brief abstract (up to 150 words) should be submitted by the end of August 12, 2026> extended to August 26. (Note that applications to present without funding are welcome until the later deadline of September 15, 2026.) Abstracts should be submitted though this form.

Travel funding awardees will be selected on the basis of the quality of their extended abstracts.

We will notify acceptance and sponsorship of successful applications by August 31, 2026.
