This was yet another wonderful Global Philosophy of Religion conference thanks to our wonderful partners at the Department of Philosophy of the University of Calabar and the Conversational Society of Philosophy!
This week made it clear that African philosophy of religion is an extremely dynamic and flourishing research field, whose fundamental directions are being discussed today, representing both an immense opportunity and an immense responsibility for scholars in the field.
We are delighted that, rising to the occasion, Aribiah Attoe, Jonathan Chimakonam and Ada Agada will soon issue a call for paper for an edited volume on meaning in life in African religions.
At this occasion, a total prize of £500 will be awarded to the best essay(s) from a young scholar, so stay tuned!
